The same is true for Coeur D’Alene, by the way.  From October 18 to June 14, there is a greater than 26% chance of a given day being a wet day. The chance of a wet day peaks at 42% on December 1.  So, like it or not, wet days are coming to our area no matter whether you live in Washington or Idaho.
